Toddler Friendly Banana Oat Bars
Looking for a quick and easy snack for your child that involves minimal ingredients? Keep reading!
Not sure if you have ever heard of oaty bars? But my son is addicted to them, as much as I am not a fan of feeding him packaged food the ingredients in these are something I can handle. The cost of those bad boys adds up though so I was looking for something easy to make him and that he likes equally and these are them! He ate the first one I gave him so fast and then looked up at me and said “more Mommy?”, it was music to my ears. Check out the recipe below and I hope your little enjoys them too! 🙂
Toddler Friendly Banana Oat Bars
- 2 ripe Bananas
- 1 cup of Oats
- 5 pre soaked pitted Dates
- 1 Tbsp of ground Flax seed
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
Pre heat oven to 350. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Spread blended mixture out on parchment paper on a baking sheet, and bake for 10 mins. Cut into bars and keep in a sealed container in the fridge for a couple days or I froze some of mine to takeout when needed.
