2 Avocados

1 tbsp Lime juice

1 tbsp Hemp seeds

1 Garlic clove

1/4 tsp Sea salt

1) Mash avocados in a bowl with a fork.

2) Add the lime juice and mix into avocados.

3) Add in hemp seeds, sea salt, and garlic clove (minced).  Then mix all together and serve with crackers, veggies, or spread on toast.
