You Need:

A High Powered Blender

3/4 cup of Frozen or fresh Green Peas

1/2 tsp of Dried Basil

1/4 tsp of Sea Salt

1/4 of an Avocado

Handful of Spinach

1/2 tsp of Garlic Powder

3/4 cup of Hot Water

1) Place all ingredients in blender and Blend for 2 minutes at High speed. Then pour and serve.
