Raw Chocolate Almond Energy Balls 

  

You will need:

1 cup of raw Almonds

1/2 cup of raw Pecans 

1 cup of Dates (without pits)

3tbsp of Cocoa Powder 

1 tbsp of Almond butter 

A pinch of Sea salt 

 

1) Add Almonds and Pecans to food processor and process into a meal ( for a couple minutes).

2) Add Dates, Cocoa powder, Almond butter, and Sea salt, then process until it is mixed and starts to clump together.

3)Remove mixture from food processor and roll into balls or as an Easter treat you can roll it into egg shapes (as seen in the picture above). Keep in the fridge for up to a week or keep in freezer to last for several weeks. Enjoy!
